The working principle of the high-pressure welded check valve is that under the pressure of the fluid flowing in one direction, the valve disc opens. High-pressure welded check valves are also known as backflow valves, non-check valves, back pressure valves, and one-way valves. This type of valve is automatically opened and closed by the force generated by the flow of the medium itself in the pipeline and belongs to a kind of automatic valve. Check valves are used in pipeline systems. Their main functions are to prevent the backflow of the medium, to prevent the reverse rotation of pumps and their driving motors, and to release the medium in containers. The high-pressure welded check valve is connected to the pipeline through external thread welding and has the advantages of easy installation, firm connection and convenient replacement.
